I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were dust webs and allergens everywhere. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, only arriving when we put out a sign. The lack of an internal phone made it difficult to request assistance without trekking back and forth from my room.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the criteria. There were a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. We had city view. The setting was MAGNIFICENT, close to the metro and bus stop, the train line and Karlsplatz.

Hotel's staff were really helpful. Location: the property was next to Karlsplatz as well as the metro and bus stop. There was cafe Airest Cafe Schoenbrunn, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel...

I loved the spacious accommodations that offered ample room for my family to relax after exploring the area. The extensive and quality breakfast spread catered to all appetites, with a variety of fresh breads and options for different dietary preferences. The coffee machine available throughout the day kept us energized and ready to take on Vienna!

The location was incredibly comfortable, for example, a baroque palace was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. This property was in a tranquil area next to Karlsplatz, and the train line.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the nearest underground station and several eateries, including a small bakery and a Billa supermarket. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices that catered to different dietary needs, including delicious juicy steaks. Despite this inconvenience, the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpful attitude of the staff were notable positives.
